You'll need this to screw a combo gauge temperature probe into the head of your engine. Screw this into the head, then the temp probe screws into the inside threads. Useful if you switch temp sender from radiator to engine head for more accurate engine temps!
This can also be used in the radiator if the temperature probe does not fit into the radiator all of the way.
If you would like to get the sealing washer as well, be sure to select the proper option above.
If you are adding this because of a faulty radiator, we are happy to have an aluminum version for you.
NOTE: This adapter is for use on cars equipped with combination gauges with MALE nuts on the probe, like the gauge we sell here. In the rare event your car is equipped with a FEMALE gauge nut, you will require a different adapter.
