Deluxe Spridget Fuel Sender! Pre-Tested, Built-Up Unit with Upgraded Float and Gaskets (thru '67)

Sender quality has gone downhill, no matter where you buy. There are limited suppliers making these anymore so don't assume you'll get a good one if you buy it somewhere else. In fact, the only way to get a sender that works is to get one of ours because we test them all on the bench before they leave our building. That way, you only have to change it once! And if you don't have a lift, you definitely only want to remove and replace your fuel tank once if you're doing it on your back!

We pre-test every sender we sell so they work when you hook 'em up. And we also install and seal the square upgraded ethanol proof top gasket so you don't have to! And we discard the silly plastic float and replace it with an ethanol proof brass one. The result is a deluxe sender that will actually work.

Our PSA: do not use a sender with a plastic float. We wish suppliers world-over would stop supplying these plastic floats... they are useless in ethanol based modern fuel and will fill with fuel and sink to the bottom of your tank within their first year in ethanol. Our brass float is impervious to ethanol. Unless you want to change your sender twice, you need to use a brass float the first time.  

The other weak spot with senders has been the cork gaskets that both seal the unit internals and the gasket that seals the sender to the tank.  Our kit comes with ethanol-proof gaskets as well as a secured brass float. 

Note: This sender should fit all Sprites through 1967. This also fits Austin A35s as well.
