Front Plate Mount (for cars with a bumper)

This is a great way to mount your front license plate to your Bugeye's front bumper.  There are two holes in the bumper but they don't align with any license plate. So to adapt a USA plate to the front bumper, you need one of these to mount the plate on your car.
