USB Port (Fits in dash - no modification needed!)

For those of us to love old cars but carry modern phones, an onboard phone charger can make  your day a lot more relaxing and fun. Here's a USB port that will easily mount in the 7/8" washer pump hole on all Sprite Mark one and two dashboards. Since most people don't use their washer pumps, this is a logical way to put that hole to good use!

It has both USB A, and USB C ports for Apple and Android as well as other accesories, and both are high speed sockets.

For use with NEGATIVE GROUND CARS ONLY. 

Installation notes: Wiring up this USB port is very simple. There are two wires, a "hot" wire (red) and a "ground" wire (black). The black just needs to be connected to a good ground source, like a bolt or screw on the firewall or ganged up with another under-dash ground. The power wire can either be connected to the ignition switch on the post with the WHITE wires on it, or a wire can be run directly to the fuse block and inserted into the terminal where all the WHITE wires are (the fuse box method is preferred). This will allow the port to operate on keyed power (so it doesn't drain your battery if you leave something plugged into it overnight) and will be fused.
