When replacing your brake shoes, it's very common for the "snail and mask" adjusters to be worn out, or loose. Exact replacements are no longer available, so as with many things in Bugeye land we had to find a way around. Our solution is to use these adjusters, which are designed for a larger Healey. They can be made to work, but there are modifications necessary. You will need to file or grind a small amount of material off the brake shoe where it meets up with the adjuster. Take as little as possible to make them fit.
