948 & 1098 Head Gasket

This is an upgraded competition head gasket made of a composite material for your upgraded 948 or 1098 Austin A-Series Engine. It is also the gasket we use on stock engines, it's strong! We also have head gaskets available for 1275s available by clicking here.

INSTALLATION NOTE: Some composite gaskets have copper on one side and composite on the other. In these cases, the copper side faces DOWN, towards the block. We recommend to us Permatex copper coat during installation.
